Information we process.

When you submit a quote form, contact us through WhatsApp, or call, we may process your name, company, email or WhatsApp, cargo details, supplier origin, US destination, ready date, packing-list or product-photo links, and any notes you provide.

The site uses first-party local storage and cookies to create an anonymous browser ID. It records pages, sources, UTM parameters, visit times, active visible time, scroll depth, section views, clicks, form status, browser and operating system, screen details, and coarse network region to recognize repeat visits, measure page usefulness, and repair technical problems. We do not store visitor IP addresses, precise location, device serial numbers, screenshot contents, or real names; browsers that enable Global Privacy Control do not send these visit records. Do not submit identity documents, payment-card details, or passwords through the public form.

Why we use it.

We use the information to review cargo acceptance, prepare and follow up quotations, arrange later services, address security and compliance issues, and measure site performance. Qianding does not sell quote information.

Storage and sharing.

Information may be stored in Qianding-approved private cloud storage, CRM, or notification systems and shared only with sales, operations, and confirmed service providers that need it. When US clearance or warehouse delivery is involved, necessary data may be shared with carriers, warehouses, licensed customs brokers, or other fulfillment participants.

Retention, security, and choices.

We retain information as needed for quotation, service, disputes, finance, law, and security, then delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. We use access controls and data minimization, but no network transmission is absolutely secure. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal or contractual retention needs.
