Cargo restrictions and document review

General cargo is the base scope. Battery products and authorized branded goods require documents and current-channel acceptance review.

Base scope

General cargo.

  • Provide an accurate cargo name, material, use, quantity, value, and product photos.
  • Provide carton-level weight, dimensions, count, and packing list.
  • Confirm US ZIP, FBA/3PL/commercial destination, and receiving requirements.
  • Final acceptance follows document review and written quotation.

Document review

Batteries and authorized brands.

  • Battery cargo requires battery type, watt-hour, built-in status, and applicable MSDS or UN38.3 documents.
  • Branded goods require truthful brand information, authorization, and declaration documents.
  • Complete documents do not mean every route is available; current carriage and import requirements still apply.
  • Counterfeit, infringing, or unauthorized branded goods are not accepted.

Separate confirmation

Regulated cargo needs a capability review first.

Medical, food, chemical, liquid or powder, plant or animal, dangerous, or otherwise export/import-regulated goods require complete documents before review. Qianding provides written acceptance only after confirming qualifications, documents, and an available route.
