Quotation and booking.

Website calculators, FAQs, and route descriptions are not final prices, booking confirmations, or transit guarantees. A quote applies only within its stated validity, cargo data, route, destination, and conditions. Service begins only after Qianding confirms cargo acceptance, charges, payment, and booking terms in writing.

Customer information.

The customer must provide accurate and timely cargo name, material, use, quantity, weight, dimensions, value, brand authorization, compliance documents, and receiving requirements. Errors, omissions, undervaluation, or late changes may cause rejection, inspection, re-pricing, delay, or additional charges.

Charges and changes.

The written quote should state inclusions, exclusions, and possible add-ons. Inspection, storage, remote, residential, oversize, waiting, appointment change, re-delivery, return, or destination-rule charges follow the quotation and actual event. A change in cargo, address, market, or service conditions may require a new quote.

Transit and exceptions.

Transit time must be read from the stated start and end points. Flight, sailing, port, customs inspection, government action, weather, peak capacity, labor action, appointment, and final-mile exceptions can affect delivery. A reference range is not a guarantee unless expressly agreed in the contract.

Customs and import responsibility.

The IOR, licensed broker, duties, entry data, and inspection responsibility must be confirmed before booking. Using a freight service or customs broker does not remove the relevant importer's responsibility for accurate US entry information and applicable duties.

Controlling documents.

If website content conflicts with the formal quotation, contract, booking confirmation, or lawfully applicable carriage terms, those documents control. Dispute handling and liability limits should be agreed in the signed contract.
